Research Services has several consultative services for researchers and scientists on staff.
Scientific consulting is a term to describe the things we do to help the projects that don't fit into any of our existing services. This might be a project that requires developing new capabilities or that combines resources from two or more other services in a novel way. Projects that fit into this service include
- Unique one of a kind problems
- New ways to apply existing technologies
- Help with new initiatives
- Exploration of new technologies
- Grant applications
These sorts of projects are often good candidates for VPR internal funding initiative proposals.
