Description Consulting and other support is provided for room-based Internet video conferencing systems that adhere to the ITU H.323 standard.  Facilities and technical support for conducting a video conference are also provided.

Charges Typically this service is funded through GEF allocation and is provided free of charge. Exceptions are include large amount of usage, effort required to set up the videoconference, and whether one time costs for conducting the videoconference are incurred.  Examples of these one time costs are the use of a gateway to convert different videoconferencing protocols, room rental fees, and hosting a multiple site call.
