Call Tracking (Remedy)

Description Call Tracking is available for departments at the UI that want to track customer problems and service requests.  The service is available through both a web-based interface and a Windows client.

Benefits of this system include:

  • Tracking customer problems and requests so items don't "fall through the cracks"
  • Assigning work efficiently across a workgroup
  • Tracking types of requests and identifying trends
  • Recording amount of time spent on requests
