  1. Click on 'Structure' in the admin toolbar.
     
  2. Click on the 'Menus' link.

  3. Click the 'list links' link for the menu you’d like to manage.

  4. Use the drag-and-drop handle of each menu item to reorganize the links as desired. To group child links (children) under a parent link, drag each below and to the right of the parent link.

  5. Click the 'Save configuration' button to save your changes.
