Requesting File Space

University of Iowa students, faculty, staff and departments are eligible to receive an allocation of file space free of charge based on the outlined criteria. If you are interested in requesting additional space please see our information page or contact the ITS Help Desk at 319-384-HELP (4357) or its-helpdesk@uiowa.edu.

Once you contact the ITS Help Desk, your request will be routed to the team that oversees the Files@Iowa service. An individual from the team will contact you by phone or e-mail within one to three business days in order to gather additional information related to your request. Once we have collected all the relevant information, the file space will be made available to you.
