The Academic Technologies Advisory Council is seeking proposals for the Innovations in Teaching with Technology Awards (ITTA).
The program aims to raise the level of teaching and learning at the University of Iowa by supporting significant and innovative instructional technology projects with potential to directly impact student success and retention. Of the 187 proposals submitted since 2001, 64 have been awarded for a total of over $1 million. Previously awarded proposals are available for review at the ITTA website.
Proposals for the 2014 awards will be accepted Sept. 18 through Oct. 17. Projects involving collaborative learning and student use of emerging technologies are encouraged, and projects should be new to the UI.
