Clickers - Hardware

With the adoption of TurningPoint's ResponseWare system, physical clickers are not needed by students.  Receivers are no longer needed by instructors.

Students - If you have a physical clicker, you will be able to turn in their clickers in the Fall in exchange for a 1, 2, or 3 year license from TurningPoint depending on what your class standing is (freshman, sophomore, junior).

Students should go to the IMU Bookstore only for these exchanges.Where to click to Connect to ResponseWare

Instructors - After opening the TurningPoint Cloud program you will connect to the ResponseWare site to collect student responses to your questions.

Instead of a clicker, participants can use tablets and other wi-fi enabled devices to respond to polls.  What type of device you use is up to you.  Turning Technologies strongly recommends that you test your web-enable device at the Responseware site before purchasing a ResponseWare subscription/license.
