To access the two-step login enrollment system, you must use a computer that is located on the campus network.  If you need to enroll your phone in Duo Security and are unable to come to campus or access a campus computer, contact the ITS Help Desk at 319-384-4357 for assistance.

To delete a device from Duo Security

  1. While on campus, log in to the Two-Step Login enrollment application ( your HawkID and password, and then select the device from the list of enrolled devices.
  2. Choose the Delete Device button. 

Note: You cannot delete your Default Device from Duo Security.  If the device you need to delete is listed as the Default Device, make another device the Default Device first, by selecting it, or adding another enrolled device, and then clicking the Make Default button.  You can then select the device you wish to delete.
