• Windows 7
    • Go to Start | Devices and Printers
    • Right-click on the printer you want to delete
    • Select Delete or Remove Device
  • Mac:
    • Go to the Apple menu | System Preferences | Print & Fax
    • Select the printer you want to delete
    • Click the "-" button
  • Windows 7:
    • Go to Start | Devices and Printers
    • Right-click on the printer you want as the default
    • Select Set as Default Printer
  • Mac:
    • Go to the Apple menu | System Preferences | Print & Fax
    • Open the queue you want as the default
    • Select Printer | Make Default
  • Windows 7:
    • Go to Start | Devices and Printers
    • Open the appropriate printer
    • Select the print job you need to delete and either select Document | Cancel or hit the Delete key on the keyboard
  • Mac:
    • Go to the Apple menu | System Preferences | Print & Fax
    • Open the queue you want as the default
    • Select Jobs | Delete Job
  • Windows 7:
    • Go to Start | Devices and Printers and right-click on the printer you want to modify and select Printing Preferences
    • Click the Finishing tab and select Print on both sides
    • The Finishing options also allows you to select the "Flip pages up" instead of having the duplex flip on the side.  The default option is appropriate for most printed jobs
  • Mac:
    • Go to the Apple menu | System Preferences | Print & Fax
    • Open the queue you want as the default and on the Print dialog window, select the third pull down menu and change Copies & Pages to Layout
    • The Layout dialog box will give you the option of turning on duplex printing.  Under the Two-Sided section you can turn on two-sided printing and choose the orientation of the duplex printing. Long-edged binding (default) is appropriate for most printed jobs. Short-edged binding however may be desired for documents printed in the landscape (across long edge of paper) orientation.layout dialog box. Print button highlighted.
