Software and product keys downloaded from OnTheHub are accessible by default for 31 days. The vendor offers an "Extended Access Guarantee" that makes the software and product keys accessible through the vendor's web site for up to 24 months, for an additional charge.  

If you back up your copy of the software you download onto a DVD or external drive and record your product keys and keep them in a safe place as recommended, it is not necessary to purchased the Extended Access Guarantee from OnTheHub.

What if my 31 day or extended access expires and I don't have the keys/files backed up?

If your 31 day or extended access expires, you will no longer have access to your download(s) and/or key(s) from OnTheHub unless you purchase the Access Guarantee Retrieval Service. This will allow you to restore access to all expired download(s) and/or key(s) for an additional 60 days for a flat rate of $11.95.

Note: Information Technology Services, the Campus Software Program and the ITS Help Desk do not have access to your individual product keys. You will need to contact OnTheHub directly for assistance retrieving your product keys, should you misplace them.
