ITS will be applying a core platform update to enable new functionality and configuration changes to better align with campus needs. An overview of these changes can be found at: https://teach.uiowa.edu/UICapture/updates#winter2022.

During the downtime users will not be able to upload new recordings, or access existing videos in UICapture. Any attempts to upload from recording clients will result in a "Server unable to connect" message, but users will be able to record offline and upload once the service is available again. Any Zoom Cloud Recordings recorded during the window will be migrated automatically.
