The web client and Cherwell application are equally affected, ITS continues to investigate.
Description
Some users logging in to Cherwell are encountering the error message "SAML authentication failed." on an intermittent basis. The Cherwell web client is the most consistent method of accessing Cherwell while ITS investigates this issue.
