This issue is resolved. 

Description

Clarity Connect agents are unable to sign into Skype for Business using the Clarity Connect Agent Dashboard. At this time, the recommendation is for agents to sign into the Clarity Connect Agent Dashboard and to answer / make outgoing calls via the Skype for Business client on their workstation. 


ITS staff are working with the vendor to resolve the issue.
