EI-TPS will be applying an urgent priority disk firmware upgrade to a subset of disks in the Unity SAN in ITF.  This process runs as an automated background task and should not have any impact on the data or services that use the SAN.  However, due to the recent issues with the SAN outage in early July, we are proactively notifying for this instance of this work.
