This issue is resolved. 

Description

Clarity Connect users may be unable to sign into the Clarity Connect Agent Dashboard. The issue appears to be impact remote agents and a limited group of agents who are on campus. The recommendation is for agents to answer Clarity Connect calls using the Skype for Business client as a workaround until the issue is resolved,
