The us-east-1 (N. Virginia) region in Amazon Web Services is currently experiencing an outage that is affecting multiple services, including Top Hat and ICON.

• Top Hat: The top menu is loading with an error. While users are still able to access, edit, and present their course content, it is unclear if data from Attendance, etc., is being captured.
• ICON: Multiple features including New Quizzes, Blueprint Course Copies and images in the rich content editor are currently impacted.
