Description

Clarity Connect agent dashboard metrics currently includes data for both today (11/1/2023) and the previous day (10/31/2023). Incoming and outbound calls through the Clarity Connect are not impacted. ITS staff are monitoring the issue and will perform maintenance as needed off-hours to prevent impact to callers.
