Software Repair and Troubleshooting Service

Students, faculty, and staff can bring in their personal computers to the ITS Help Desk for software installations, troubleshooting, and/or software upgrades.

Services available:

  • Reformat and reinstallation of an operating system on a computer
  • Virus scanning and removal
  • Software installation
  • General troubleshooting¬†

Note: This service does not provide hardware support.
