NOTE:  Microsoft has changed how profile pictures are handled and stored. With this change, shared accounts can no longer add/change/remove a profile picture.  If you have a shared account that currently has a picture and you need it removed, please contact its-email@uiowa.edu

Adding a Profile Picture

1. Open Microsoft Teams
2. In the upper right corner, click your profile avatar (initials or current profile picture)
3. Hover over the profile avatar to select the camera icon
4. Click Upload to add a picture 
5. Select your photo and click Open
6. Click Save
7. If you'd prefer a generic University of Iowa icon download the below image by right clicking (or two-finger click) on the image and select Save Image As...

Removing Profile Picture

1. Open Microsoft Teams
2. In the upper right corner, click your profile avatar (initials or current profile picture)
3. Hover over the profile avatar to select the camera icon
4. Click Remove to remove a picture 
5. Click Save
