Learning Spaces Technology does not provide adapters to connect a personal laptop to the in room systems. All University Classrooms have a VGA connection and nearly all provide an HDMI connection. If you would like to make sure what connections are available you can contact us at classroom-technology@uiowa.edu.

Electronic door locks for University Classrooms are set to unlock 15 minutes prior to the start of class, remain unlocked during the duration of class, and continue to be unlocked 15 minutes following the end of class.

If a Classroom is locked during a scheduled class or event, you may contact the Facilities Management Work Control Center at (319) 335-5071 for assistance.

Please contact the ITS Help Desk to inquire about the check-out process, or visit 2800 UCC (2nd floor of the Old Capitol Mall) to check out a key at the ITS Reception Desk. Please be prepared to present your Iowa One Card.
