ITS staff will be implementing a configuration change which will briefly impact network connectivity of analog telephony gateways servicing University of Iowa campus buildings. During the outage period, devices utilizing the analog gateways for telephony service may briefly be unable to make or receive calls, and in progress calls may be dropped. Devices that may be impacted include:

• Elevator Phones
• Common Area Phones
• Classroom Phones
• Fax Machines

Skype for Business users will not be impacted during the outage period.
