HCIS staff will be performing upgrades to the HCIS border firewall infrastructure. The timeline and expected impact to University of Iowa services are as follows: 

• 8:15 PM – Active voice (analog gateway and SIP voice services) and Skype for Business calls may be disconnected. Voice and Skype for Business services will be unavailable for up to 30 seconds. 
• 8:30 PM – Active voice (analog gateway and SIP voice services) and Skype for Business calls may be disconnected. Voice and Skype for Business services will be unavailable for up to 30 seconds.
