OneNote Online is currently not allowing access to OneNote Notebooks when using the OneNote tile on the main https://office365.uiowa.edu website. ITS staff are working to resolve the issue. Two workarounds are available:

• If the OneNote Online notebooks have previously been synced with the desktop OneNote application. This feature appears to be functioning correctly.
• Rather than choosing the OneNote tile, scroll down to “Your recent online documents” and choose the OneNote notebook from this list. This feature appears to be functioning correctly.
