The University of Iowa is currently in the process of migrating from Skype for Business to Microsoft Teams for telephony services. This course will show you how to place calls, transfer calls, set up voicemail, assign delegates, and more.
Microsoft Loop: Get Started with Loop
Microsoft Loop is a transformative co-creation experience that brings together teams, content, and tasks across your tools and devices. This training will introduce you to Loop workspaces, which can be used as a note-taking tool or to manage projects. Additionally, we will discuss how you can integrate a Loop workspace into a team in Microsoft Teams. While this is a Microsoft Loop training, it is recommended that you have some familiarity with Microsoft Teams before attending this session.

Learn how to use powerful tools from Microsoft (Teams and OneDrive) whenever you can find time in your busy schedule. Our workshops are presented by campus technical trainer Alex Hammes. Our videos are hosted by subject experts and each one teaches you how to best use these technologies with step-by-step tutorials and supplemental quick-start pdf guides.
