Microsoft has resolved this issue.
Description
Users may be unable to access the Microsoft Teams client or Web application. Impacted users will see "An error occurred, reconnecting", “We ran into a problem. Reconnecting…”, or “Something went wrong” errors. Users may also be unable to send or receive chat messages.
Microsoft is investigating the issue.
