After testing, the service is working again. LogMeIn's status page is still showing they are working on a fix.
Description
The ITS Help Desk live chat service (helpdesk.its.uiowa.edu/connect/) is down. Support staff are working with the vendor to get this resolved. In the meantime, please email the Help Desk at its-helpdesk@uiowa.edu or call 319-384-4357.
