The issues with Netflix have been resolved by fixing a routing issue with our peer networks.  Please contact Netflix if you continue to have issues with this service.

ITS support staff recommend updating the Netflix application on streaming devices as several customers have reported that this restored service.


ITS is aware of intermittent performance issues with some devices when attempting to access and view Netflix content. Both wired and wireless devices could be affected.

ITS is investigating the issue.
