This issue has been resolved. Students should visit the Apple App Store and upgrade LockDown Browser to the latest version.


Respondus LockDown Browser exams utilizing Respondus Monitor are receiving the error "AAC/ASAM has been disabled" on exams via iPad. Students are encouraged to complete exams via a Mac or Windows computer.  Instructors can also remove the Monitor requirement from exams to avoid this error. ITS support staff are investigating.
