This issue has been resolved.

Courses should now be appearing on the ICON dashboard. Some users may still encounter slowness in Canvas. Support staff continue to work toward a resolution with Canvas Support.

If courses are not showing on the ICON dashboard, please log in at uiowa.instructure.com.

Canvas is experiencing long page loading times.  Support staff are monitoring and working with Canvas Support to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.  Additional information on this issue can be found on Instructure's status page.
