University IT systems have largely recovered from the outage. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused and are continuing to shore up our foundational IT systems as a result. Please contact your local IT support if you continue to experience any connectivity issues.

Information Technology Services continues to work toward resolving the widespread outage, which is impacting uiowa.edu and access to many IT systems, especially from off-campus locations. We know how much the campus depends on IT and apologize for the inconvenience to customers. Thank you for your patience and we will continue to provide updates as progress is made.

ITS is aware of problems impacting several systems across campus. Response teams from Healthcare Information Systems (HCIS) and Information Technology Services (ITS) are working to restore services. At this point there is not an estimated time to resolve. Thank you for your patience.

We are currently experiencing a DNS issue that is affecting logins to many systems and sites. The uiowa.edu site is down. Support staff are investigating.
