During the maintenance window, Top Hat may be unavailable and visitors will see a maintenance page. Any educator who has made an assignment due during or shortly after the maintenance window should consider changing the due date/time so that students have adequate time to complete them.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - JAMF Pro Apple Device Management
The Jamf service will be upgraded to version 11.33. There should be no interruption of services to clients.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - LISTSERV - Mailing List Service
The Listserv service will be down for a critical security patch installation on Monday, October 26 from 6:30am to 8:00am.
During this time, users will not be able to access the web interface. Messages sent to the lists during this time will be queued to send later.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - Load Balancer
ITS Enterprise Infrastructure will be updating the F5 load balancers to the latest software release on our current branch. This will include the physical chassis, LTMs, and GTMs in both ITF and LC. There should be no customer impact to load balanced applications due to the redundant architecture.
Outage - Multiple Services
ITS and campus services may be temporarily unavailable from off-campus IP addresses as we implement mitigations for the currently unpatched PHP2Shell vulnerability. Off-campus users can continue accessing hosted sites by connecting through VPN. Thank you for your patience.

The UI-Guest login page has been temporarily disabled until further notice. This does not affect availability of the UI-Guest wireless network, which will continue to function normally.

SiteNow's hosting provider will be performing security-related maintenance across all of our applications which includes Digital Signage. We don't expect any downtime during this maintenance window.

Maintenance Notification: NES and DCNS will conduct maintenance on the Campus Core Firewalls on Monday, October 19, from 10 to 11 p.m. This maintenance is necessary to resolve an urgent issue affecting data flow.
Impact:
Traffic to and from campus networks will lose connectivity to internet, DNS, and data centers for this entire window.
Traffic between UHIC and the campus network will lose connectivity to the UI DC.
Traffic between campus and OneIT Datacenters will be interrupted
Traffic to the Campus DC’s - impact with be limited to a short loss of connectivity to the campus networks
