[Closed] Service Degradation - Microsoft Copilot
Microsoft Copilot (https://copilot.microsoft.com) is currently experiencing a degradation of service and is not letting some users sign in. If you are already logged into Copilot, it functions as expected, but will not let you sign back in if you log out.
[Closed] Service Degradation - Microsoft Skype for Business - Clarity Connect
Clarity Connect users are unable to sign into Skype for Business via the browser. Staff can take calls via their Skype client and this should have no affect on data tracking or reports. ITS is investigating.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - Large Scale Storage (LSS)
During this time frame there will be a temporary network outage which will result in LSS shares not being available.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - Interactive Data Analytics Service (IDAS)
IDAS will be unavailable during this time.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - High Performance Computing
The maintenance of Argon HPC service has been adjusted to start earlier than originally scheduled, in order to accommodate work that will be done to update network infrastructure supporting research.
Running jobs will be killed at the start of the maintenance, and the service will be unavailable until the maintenance is complete.
[Closed] Outage - Data Center Operations & Services
Due to a hardware failure on a network switch in our primary data center, some services are currently experiencing a service outage. Known affected services include:
FProd Financials
ITS Network Engineers are on site working to deploy replacement hardware. ETA to completion is approximately 11:45PM
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - Multiple Services
ITS will perform maintenance on the campus wireless network. Wi-Fi connectivity across campus will be disrupted at points during the maintenance window.
UIHC eduroam and other wireless services will not be impacted.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - UI Events Calendar
The Events Calendar at https://events.uiowa.edu will be undergoing maintenance and will be unavailable.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - Multiple Services - Instructional Services Alert
As part of the planned Data Center Operations & Services - Maintenance, OTLT Instructional Services systems may experience outages or access issues during this time.
