[Closed] Service Degradation - Large Scale Storage (LSS)
ITS Research Services is aware that users are having issues access lc-rs-store24.hpc.uiowa.edu and is working to resolve this issues.
[Closed] Service Degradation - eduroam
Eduroam is currently experiencing network connection issues to a subset of users only on the east campus. ITS staff are working to resolve the issue.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - ICON
New Quizzes in ICON has a scheduled maintenance window on Thursday November 13 from 2AM - 3AM CST. Users will not be able to use New Quizzes during this maintenance.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - Telephone and Voice Services, Multiple Buildings - Analog Gateways
HCIS staff will be performing planned maintenance on the four analog gateways located in the Chemistry Building, which will impact the buildings listed below. Each gateway will be migrated individually, with an expected downtime of approximately 15 minutes per gateway. These cutovers will occur sequentially between Wednesday November 12th at 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM, resulting in temporary dial tone interruptions during this window.
What to Expect: During the migration, dial tone service will be temporarily unavailable for the following systems:
- Elevator phones
- Fire alarm panels
- Area of Refuge
[Closed] Outage - Pressbooks
Pressbooks is currently experiencing an outage. Users may be able to sporadically log in or otherwise access content. ITS staff are working with Pressbooks to restore the service.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - PeopleSoft Financials
ITS will be upgrading PeopleTools for PeopleSoft Financials. During the maintenance window the application will be unavailable and processing will be suspended. The ePro applications (PREQs, e-Vouchers and Receiving) will also be unavailable.
[Closed] Service Degradation - Room Schedulers
Campus room schedulers are experiencing communications issues with their time server, causing some devices to display an incorrect time. ITS staff are working on this issue.

Some LSS nodes are having a service impact. ITS Research Services engineers are aware of the issue and working on restoring service. Known nodes being impacted are; itf-rs-store31, itf-rs-store18, itf-rs-store27, lc-rs-store 24, lc-rs-store23, lc-rs-storage20, lc-rs-store21.
[Closed] Outage - Campus Data Network Connectivity, Iowa Lakeside Laboratory
Networking services within the Lakeside Labs are down due to the ICN fiber being cut. ITS is investigating the issue.
