Jamf will be upgraded to version 11.26. There should be no interruption of services to our clients.

SiteNow's hosting provider will be performing maintenance from 11pm - 7am on the dates affected. Some applications may experience a temporary interruption of service.

[Closed] Planned Maintenance - Self-Service, Jobs@UIOWA, Compliances
We will be upgrading the HR System to the latest version supplied by the vendor. Employee Self Service (including the Performance Review Tool), Jobs@Uiowa, Compliance and Qualifications, Time & Attendance, and the HR System will be unavailable during this time. Messages will be posted to each of these applications. Universal Workflow and OTAC should not be impacted.

[Closed] Outage - Telephone and Voice Services
All telephone and voice services are currently unable to make or receive calls from external telephone numbers. ITS and HCIS staff have escalated the issue to the telephone service carrier, Lumen.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - Campus Data Network Connectivity, Multiple Buildings
There will be a scheduled firmware upgrade on the campus data switch in the Dental Science and Chemistry Buildings. During this maintenance window, network services will be temporarily disrupted.
We recommend saving your work and logging off any critical systems prior to the start of the maintenance period. Services will be restored as soon as the upgrade is successfully completed.
[Closed] Service Degradation - Read&Write
There is currently a licensing issue with Read&Write, users may experience a degradation in service. ITS is working to remediate the issue.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - Multiple Services
NES will be performing an emergency upgrade of the wired network equipment that is the backend for the West Campus wireless service.
During the upgrade the campus wireless service on the west side of the Iowa River will be unavailable.
This maintenance is necessary to address a software issue that is impacting the wireless service.
[Closed] Service Degradation - ICON
ICON is experiencing errors with New Quizzes. Some users may experience a 502 error when trying to access a quiz hosted on New Quizzes. Support staff are working with Canvas Support to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Additional information on this can be found on the Canvas Status Page.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - Campus Data Network Connectivity, University Capitol Centre - DPS
Please be advised that we will be performing a scheduled firmware upgrade on the data switches at DPS.
During this maintenance window, network services will be temporarily disrupted. The expected downtime is approximately 15 to 60 minutes while the upgrade is in progress.
We recommend saving your work and logging off any critical systems prior to the start of the maintenance period. Services will be restored as soon as the upgrade is successfully completed.

ITS will apply security updates to the Oracle servers. Each instance on the server will be down for approximately 60 minutes per host.
