Emergency After-Hours Support
After-hours support is available for reporting outages or emergencies with university-wide services only.
Examples of problems not eligible for after-hours support include issues with devices, HawkID logins, or other account issues.
How to contact On-Call Support:
- Contact the below number and follow the prompts to leave a message (will not be answered so plan to leave a message).
- Please speak clearly and provide as much detail as possible so we can resolve your issues as quickly as possible.
- If the issue being reported impacts a university-wide system or service, our on-call team will return your call normally within 15 minutes.
- Note: a return call will likely be from an unknown number.
- If more information is required, on-call staff will collect that information and then escalate to other support teams as necessary.
- On-call staff will post outages to the IT Service Alerts page and will continue to follow-up with service owners until the issue is resolved and the alert can be closed.
- Staff will also generate a support ticket (Cherwell) which may allow you to track progress of the incident.
