ITS-AIS provides infrastructure to support communication campaigns through our Dispatch web service. Dispatch is a web service that allows users to create and manage campaigns to generate PDF content, email messages, SMS messages, or voice calls. Dispatch is integrated with various enterprise applications, from generating U-Bills to emailing prospective students information about the University. Dispatch has tools for managing and tracking communication campaigns and tools for managing recipients and content.
