AI and Active Learning

AI and Active Learning promotional image

AI is reshaping how students learn and how instructors teach. One concern is that students are becoming passive recipients of information. We will explore practical ways to help students be active learners in your course using Microsoft Copilot. Participants will explore AI's strengths and limitations, discuss strategies for incorporating AI into assignments while preserving learning objectives, and practice writing prompts.
