OneDrive for Business is a cloud storage solution that is a secure and modern alternative to your home drive.  You are encouraged to move your university files to OneDrive for Business, and this course will teach you how. Learn how to sync files across all your devices and access them anytime or anywhere both online and offline. Learn best practices for file organization and how to initiate migrating your files.

Microsoft Teams Overview Training

This introductory Microsoft Teams course will give you a high-level overview of how to utilize Microsoft Teams and the tools within to collaborate and communicate with a workgroup, a project team, or any assortment of people. Topics covered include creating a team, chat, apps/connectors, meetings, and more, and is designed for first time users of Teams and those who would like to ensure they are getting the most out of this organizational tool. This session delivers about 60-70 minutes of instruction, allowing an additional 20-30 minutes for your questions. Participants are welcome to leave early if they do not have any questions.

Microsoft Teams for Team Owners Training

This Microsoft Teams course is designed for "Team Owners", which is anyone that creates a team or has been given that role in an existing Microsoft Team. Team Owners have access to settings and capabilities that members do not see. This training will discuss how best to create a Microsoft team, choose settings based upon your needs, and manage the team throughout its existence and as it grows. We will also go over best practices for organizing all of the aspects of group work that should be taken into consideration before team creation even begins to maximize a group's ability to effectively communicate and collaborate.  This session delivers about 60-70 minutes of instruction, allowing an additional 20-30 minutes for your questions. Participants are welcome to leave early if they do not have any questions. 

This training is best for users with the role of "Team Owner" in Microsoft Teams, or those looking to create and/or manage a team in Microsoft Teams. Those with some familiarity of Microsoft Teams will get the most out of this training.

Microsoft Teams - Meetings Training

This course is designed for users that would like to gain a better understanding about one of the key collaboration tools within Microsoft Teams – Meetings. 

This training will cover settings available when scheduling a meeting, as well as how to locate and use the controls available during the meeting. We will also cover settings related to accessing recordings and in-meeting chat, notes, and files shared after the meeting is over. This session delivers about 60-70 minutes of instruction, allowing an additional 20-30 minutes for your questions. Participants are welcome to leave early if they do not have any questions. This training is best for users that have some familiarity of Microsoft Teams in general and will include a demonstration of a Teams Meeting as well as information on various settings.

This course is for users new to Qualtrics and will cover basic settings to get you started.
