The goals for this project are to: 

• Develop communication, marketing, and training materials to raise awareness of Microsoft Teams across campus and increase overall adoption. 
• Develop metrics and KPIs to better understand the usage of Microsoft Teams on campus and track the overall success of this project. 
• Rollout Teams college by college and department by department across campus. 
• Raise awareness of Microsoft Teams in preparation for it becoming the primary telephony system on campus as well as potentially the primary online meeting platform. 
• Partner with and share information with HCIS staff so they can better roll out Teams across healthcare.
