Starting May 20, ICON will show pronouns for students, faculty, and staff who’ve set public pronouns using the MyUI or Employee Self Service systems.

Pronouns will appear alongside users’ names in several ICON locations, including comment fields, discussions, people pages, and profile pages. See the Office of Teaching, Learning, and Technology site for more info about the change.

Pronouns will not be displayed for people who’ve set their pronouns as private in MyUI or Employee Self Service.
