We will be upgrading PaperCut software.  This includes the PaperCut Application server and the print servers.  This upgrade to the PaperCut Application server will take longer than usual.  

The following printing services will be down during the maintenance window 

•     Printing in the ITCs
•    Web print for the ITCs
•    Web interface for PaperCut
•    Printing to charge printers
•    Printing that requires the use of the PaperCut Client software

Printing to IOWAPRINT01, IOWAPRINT02, IOWAPRINT03, and IOWAPRINT04 will be available during the maintenance window.  However, it will be interrupted briefly when the PaperCut software running on each is upgraded and the server restarted.
