The issue has been resolved.

The site is back up and ITS staff are in the process of confirming that all components of the cloud environment are available again.

UICapture is currently experiencing an unexpected Service Degradation. We are working quickly to restore service as soon as possible.

If you need to record in this time, we recommend opening the Panopto Recorder directly, record offline, then upload the recording after the service is fully functional.

Please contact the ITS Help Desk if you need assistance in uploading offline recordings.
