When submitting a Wi-Fi MAC address to the Help Desk, keep in mind that newer versions of iOS and iPadOS implement a feature called "Private Wi-Fi Address". When connecting to a new Wi-Fi network, the device generates a random MAC address and associates it with the Wi-Fi network. Every time the device connects to that Wi-Fi network, it uses this MAC address.

To find the Wi-Fi MAC address for a particular Wi-Fi network:

1. Go to the Settings->Wi-Fi screen on your Apple device:

2. Press on the "Information Icon" next to the name of the wireless network you need the MAC address for (the information icon is the little blue circle with the letter "i" in its center. This will display the Wi-Fi settings for that particular network.

3. The Wi-Fi MAC address will displayed under the "Private Wi-Fi Address Toggle switch" and is labeled "Wi-Fi Address".

This is the MAC address you should submit to the Help Desk when requesting assistance.
