Change your HawkID password

If you know your HawkID password and it has not expired, use the Change Password tool in the Iowa Account Center.

Change your HawkID password from off campus

If you are changing your password while you are off campus, follow the instructions on in our support guide.

Forgotten or expired HawkID password

If you have forgotten your HawkID password or if it has expired, reset it using the Verify HawkID tool in the Iowa Account Center.

If your password has expired and you are having issues resetting it, contact the ITS Help Desk.

Service/Admin ID password resets

If you have forgotten your Service/Admin ID password or if it has expired, reset it using the Manage Service Accounts tool in the Iowa Account Center.
