Note: These steps may vary slightly depending on which version of Microsoft Access you are using.
- Open an Access database
- Select “External Data”
- Select “from ODBC Database”
- Select “Link to the data source by creating a linked table”
- Select the “Machine Data Source” tab
- Select dwprod
- The Oracle ODBC Driver Connect panel will open.
- The following setting should exist:
- Service Name=dwprod.world
- Username=HawkID
- Password=HawkID password
- Select “ok”
- It may take a long time to bring up the list of tables.
- Select the tables you wish to connect to.
