If no printers are available to print to when using a Windows ITC computer, you can use the Printer Reconnect tool on the desktop to map the print queues using the following steps:

  1. Minimize or move windows until you can see the Printer Reconnect tool on the Windows desktop.

  2. Double-click the Printer Reconnect tool.

  3. Two windows will briefly open for the print queue installation process. Once the process has completed, restart the computer. 
  4. Log back in to the computer, and the print queues will now be available to you.
