The maximum file upload size for SharePoint Online is 250GB.  This limit applies to individual files or multiple files uploaded at the same time.

This is a system-wide setting and cannot be adjusted on sites.

Please note the amount of overall file storage on a site is based on a site-specific storage quota, which varies by site. Please contact your local/departmental SharePoint Site Admin for information on the storage quota for a particular site.
