Embed a new video

  1. Place your cursor in an empty paragraph where the video should be embedded and then click the "Add media" button in the editing toolbar.
    Note: Embedding the video in a paragraph with other content can cause layout issues.
  2. Click on the "Web" tab in the upper right corner.
  3. Paste the URL of the video from YouTube or ShareStream into the "File URL or media resource" field, then click the "Next" button.
  4. Configure the display options for the video and then click the "Submit" button.
    1. Display as - Choose the size you would like for this video.
    2. Alignment - Choose how you would like the video to be aligned with surrounding content.
  5. Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.

Embed a video that has already been uploaded

  1. Place your cursor in an empty paragraph where the video should be embedded and then click the "Add media" button in the editing toolbar.
    Note: Embedding the video in a paragraph with other content can cause layout issues.
  2. Click on the "Library" tab in the upper right corner.
  3. Select the video to embed and then click the "Submit" button.
  4. Configure the display options for the video and then click the "Submit" button.
    Note: It is a known issue that the preview image does not display in the editor and instead a broken file icon

    is displayed. The video will display fine once the page is saved.
    1. Display as - Choose the size you would like for this video.
    2. Alignment - Choose how you would like the video to be aligned with surrounding content.
  5. Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.

Edit the display settings of a video

  1. Click on the preview of the video and then click on the "Add media" button.
    Note: It is a known issue that the preview image does not display. Until this is resolved, click on the broken file icon

  2. Configure the display options for the video and then click the "Submit" button.
  3. Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.
