To download a VPN connection statistics file:

  1. Connect to the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client.

  1. Click the gear icon.
Cisco AnyConnect Settings Window
  1. Click the Statistics Tab, then the Export Stats... button.
  2. This will download a file named Cisco_AnyConnect_VPN_Statistics.txt that you can save and use for troubleshooting your VPN connection further.
