Enrolled students can bring their personal computers to the ITS Help Desk walk-in area on the second floor of UCC (University Capitol Centre) for software installations, upgrades or troubleshooting.
- Reformat and reinstallation of an operating system on a computer
- Virus scan and removal
- Software installation
- General troubleshooting
Note: This service does not provide hardware support or repairs and is only available for enrolled students of the university. Faculty and staff personal computers and university-owned computers are not supported at our walk-in location. Faculty and staff can contact the ITS Help Desk via phone, email, or live chat for software support and troubleshooting.
