There is no charge for use of this service.

Currently enrolled students, faculty, and staff can bring their personal computers to the ITS Help Desk for software installations, upgrades or troubleshooting.

Services available:

  • Reformat and reinstallation of an operating system on a computer
  • Virus scanning and removal
  • Software installation
  • General troubleshooting¬†

Note: This service does not provide hardware support. This service is only available for currently enrolled students and faculty/staff that are employed at the university.
