1. Under the Start Menu select Programs

2. Select Windows Fax and Scan

3. Select New Scan

4. Make any adjustments

5. Select Scan

6. Save scanned image select File/Save As

Scanning a document on a Windows computer using Photoshop

1. Under the Start Menu select Programs

2. Select Adobe/Adobe Photoshop

3. Select File/Import/WIA Support

4. Select Start

5. Select the WIA CanoScan LiDE 210

6. Select Ok

7. Select Preview or Scan

8. Select File/Save As/Enter a file name

9. Select Format and save image/Ok

Scanning a document on a Mac

 

1. Select Applications

2. Place document on scanner bed

3. Select Image Capture

4. Select CanoScan LiDE 210 in Devices

5. Press Scan to Start

6. Make any adjustments on menu

7. Select Overview or Scan

8. File saved in Pictures folder by default
